Re: Introduction

Welcome Jeff.
First question is...Do you know Chris Hewitt from the UK forum? I am in the middle of selling him a 65 Bel 1 car as we speak. Now to answer your question, you will need a big block 727. If your staying pushbuttons, you will need a 62-65 case. If you are going floor shift with aftermarket shifter, any other year will do.

Thanks
Donnie

Hi Guys....

Just an introduction, my name is Jeff, I am from the UK, but moved to Canada last year.

I bought my 1969 A100 pick up with me, just sold it and I am buying a '64 Fury.

Had Mopars for the last 12 years, and I am still the forum administrator for the Mopar Muscle Association in the UK.

First question is, can I buy an adaptor to hook up the 727 SB trans in the car, to a 440 motor? Or do I need to put in a BB 727?
Car is currently a 318ci Poly motor.

Jeff
