Just some little things

Hi All,
   A few questions:

1. I get a "rattle" type of noise from my powersteering. A miniscule shot
of belt dressing on the belt and it shuts right up...for just a little
while(a few minutes) The belt is as new- put it on 1 1/2 years and 5k
miles ago so it looks new. Could this be something with the inner surface
of the pulley or the fact that the belt is a "toothed" style V and not
the old smooth V?

2. Horn doesn't work. What is that funky looking doodad on the passenger
side of the radiator support that the horns plug into? Is that something
that can go south?

3. I'd like to find out if  I have a middle seatbelt in the back, and
also rearrange the others a little but I can't seem to get the seat out.
Can somebody tell me the trick to this?

By the way, and I don't know if this is still a big secret or
not.......Lutefisk is not just for breakfast anymore!
