60 imperial paint/brining back a shine

Would this air buffer and foam pad be something that Harbor Freight would sell?
I had resigned myself to attempting to polish the paint by hand. It seems that most cars that I have seen "buffed" by machine have terrible swirl marks when the paint  is looked at in sunlight.

3M Perfect it III is a great product.  It removes 1000 grit sanding scratches and leaves a high polish ready for wax.  I use an air buffer with a foam pad..  This is the product I'll be using when I color sand the 300 later in the paint saga.
