This is why I said his question wasn't answered. And I don't accept that it's a 'machine shop job' either. I would certainly do it myself. And there's been a 'how to' on this mailing list previously about how to do exactly the same thing with rear drums - without a machine shop seeing them. It included information about later model wheel lugs which didn't require swaging, which would be the same for the front.
