I just persued the “Cold Case Radiator” website and thought it helpful to cut & pasted their write-up in the “About us” section, Cold-Case Radiators® is a division of Max Performance Inc, a leading supplier of auto restoration parts and accessories. Cold-Case Radiators® was founded in 2014 when a need for high quality aluminum radiators at a fair price surfaced. We're not new to the automotive business though. Max Performance Inc has been supplying the classic car market for over 35 years and Pypes Exhaust is our sister company, who has specialized in performance exhaust since 2003. Our goal is simple. At Cold-Case Radiators®, we want to make aluminum performance radiators and accessories available and affordable to everyone. Even with our reduced prices, we do not sacrifice quality. Buying through Jegs, they gave me some additional rebate that got it down to $340 shipped. Griffin is WAY high...figuratively & literally. Can't justify that kind of scratch.

As compared to everyone else out there offering the 1.25" tube option anywhere (from $550 +s/h, to over $750), they are reasonably priced ($340 shipped) and have a lifetime warranty, and have provisions for a stock shroud. Also made less than 2 hours away from me in Northern Philly.
Can't wait for Uncle Sam to send my tax refund and get this thing cut loose!!

I'm definitely seeing the electric fan scenarios as a huge snowball right now. It's making 405 hp and it's doing exacty that...melting down in traffic. Bill I think you are on the right track with the spacers and larger fan. Get that fan in the shroud. I race a 500HP engine with a fan shroud and seven blade factory fan with no issues. When I ran this car on the street with about 425HP and no shroud it would about melt down in traffic. And, do the test Gary suggested. I don't think you need to spend money on that radiator and electric fan stuff until you are really putting out the HP. Enzo, My issue seems to be airflow at idle, while driving down the road is fine. I do have a factory shroud but my current setup has the fan outside the shroud's mouth. I managed to locate a .75" longer fan clutch over the weekend to hopefully get the fan into the shroud. Also found a fan blade thats 1" larger in diameter that should fill the shroud better. Im hoping that these with a new aluminum 2 row radiator with 1" or 1.25" tubes will fix me up. Hi Bill I may be a little late to the party but here is the info I sent To David ;last year :
Hi David I have the identical Hemi set up in my car it began life with an alum 3 row rad and (2) 10" plastic electric fans
it was warm and progressively got warmer 200-215 for a 25 mile ride on open roads
did some searching this winter '/ spring …. finally settled on a Glen Ray Radiator unit c/w metal shroud and a
Hayden flex as per Bob Schirmer's recommendation My temp now barely exceeds 180 (maybe 190 in traffic)
but all works to a tee and I now enjoy and trust driving the car again
hope this helps

Even though I've always stuck with stock style configurations when it comes to anything to do my car, I'm tired of being scared of sitting in traffic, and watching my temperature rise. I'm seriously thinking about getting an aluminum radiator and electric fan combination (never used one before). So far I'm leaning towards Champion radiators (lifetime warranty), three core set up, and a 16 in single Spal puller fan, and harness w/controller. The above package is $500 shipped. But I'm a little concerned about their harness and as it seems to have some light wiring gauges. https://www.championradiators.com/Single-Fan-Relay
https://www.championradiators.com/Thermostat-relay-kit-instruction
Not sure whether I should maybe use a "Spal" harness and controller like this... https://www.jegs.com/p/SPAL/SPAL-Electric-Fan-Wiring-Harness-Kits/2861422/10002/-1
The other issue is that the above controllers have a set temperature (185 on I believe). Should i use a programmable setup like this instead if i want to tweak the temp? https://www.speedcooling.com/wiring-kits/
Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks Bill M
