--I think you are on the right track with the spacers and larger fan. Get that fan in the shroud. I race a 500HP engine with a fan shroud and seven blade factory fan with no issues.When I ran this car on the street with about 425HP and no shroud it would about melt down in traffic.And, do the test Gary suggested.
