A decent spring shop should be able to re-arch them to whatever height
you want and paint them for cheap.  And add a leaf if you need it.  On
mine I measured from ground to top of wheel well.  Then jacked the car
up to where I liked the stance and measured again.  Gave the guy the
springs and the measurements and they came out perfect.  It was only
$170 total for both springs including adding a new leaf, paint,
bushings and new U-bolts.
