Your problem started or got worse when you changed rads. Go back to a three core. Call the people you got your rad from and tell them it is worse. Im sure they will fix it to keep the customer happy. They dont want you to go around saying thier product is faulty. Three core is what theyse cars had new and didnt run hot. New isnt always "improved".
