I'm currently building a later model 8 3/4 rear for my '63 Sport Fury. I assume the yoke on the original rear isnt going to work in the newer one. (489 housing, 29 spline 7290 yoke). I'm wondering if the Mopar U-joint which adapts the 7260 drive shaft to the 7290 yoke is a good piece, or am I better off getting a 29 spline 7260 yoke (much more expensive)? Anyone had experience with this U-joint ?
