CA Senate Bill 708 needs to be defeated



Just read this post and you're darned right it should be defeated.  I used
to gripe about living in Alabama where we don't even have annual vehicle
inspections.  Now I think I'll just shut up and thank God I can drive my
cars without worrying about an Alabama version of Senate Bill 708.  Life is
good here, smog and all!
