Thanks All for the good destructions. I normally don't use belt dressing because its so messy and shortlived. It was left here and I figgered, what the heck, I'll give a little squirt just to trouble shoot, 'cause I couldn't tell if the noise was coming from the waterpump or p.s. And as a bonus, when you spray in front of the fan it makes for some crummy engine art. I feel an engine steam cleaning coming on! With my portly body I should be able to get the seat bottom out. I'll have to sneak out and do it otherwise my wife would want to take pictures...especially if I got stuck! Being a largescale computer peripheral repair person, I'm really attracted to the hammer idea on the horn parts...uhh, along with all the other good professional troubleshooting steps DickB :-) Hammers and computers.....doesn't it just make you feel warm and fuzzy? BTW, I couldn't find any reference to a horn fuse either in the owners manual or my Chilton's. Can that be right? thanx again, Oh, and yes, Mike, lutefisk can be pretty disgusting if it isn't cooked just right...but heavenly if it is :-) Dave 67 haze green sedan Covington, Wa.
