I believe that Jon Denson has rear disk brakes on his 77 NYB. If anyone
knows Jon and can correct me on this, please do but I am quite certain of
this is the case.

Disc brakes were not an option after 1975. And, to be accurate -- they were
not an option on the 74/75 Imperial becaause they were standard equipment.
