A Hemi Starter's Heat Shield

if Chrysler put starter's heat shield on 331 (and 354-392)
ther's surely a reason ! And why not on the other Mopar engines ?
The ident. part (1558 394) indicates that itsn't a 57 part, but
older (54 or 55 ?).
Arran, you can send me privatly a picture. Thanks.
