You did not rebuild the engine, right? Even if you had to redo the trany, that's only $500-600! Even the brakes. Even if you had to replace all your calipers, that wouldn't have cost more that $300-$400. WHat did you do in the suspension? When a few years back I replaced all the front bushings on GM, I spend $200 in parts and $100 for labor to a friend that helped me. I could have spend #500 on labor if I had asked a shop to do it, but it still does not quite add up to 3K! D^2
