IML: 1983 EFI "Fuel Dumping"

My mechanic says the car is "dumping fuel" and
flooding.  I have searched the site and find that the
Air Flow Meter can cause this.  Has anyone had
anything else that causes the EFI to flood or "dump"
fuel?
