IML: Can some one check out car

Do any members live in Mountain View California?. I am bidding on a vehicle in Mountain View and IF I WIN can someone help me by looking at it and passing on payment to seller for me when I organise shipping to Long Beach. I do not trust handing payment over before I get the vehicle.
