It is not difficult to reseal a PS pump but you will need a special puller to remove the pulley on some models. On the same "pressed on" pulley models the pump shaft should be supported when pressing on the pulley upon reassembly( and in some instances the mounting bracket is easier to reinstall before the pulley  in the case of Saginaw pumps). This is done before the vanes are reinstalled in the rotor. If you look at the vanes the wear pattern will tell you which direction they have been operating in and insure proper installation. As mentioned earlier, a FSM will really be helpful for reference. Good luck!
