Re: Re:Front Suspension bushings



When I worked at Chrysler Assembly Plant in Fenton, MO in the 60's, the cars were driven over a pit and the front end work and other suspension work was done there with the weight of the car resting on the tires while the men worked on it.  Does this help?

When originally installed do you think it was on the ground? I'd say it
probably was on a lift coming down the line... Jm2cents...

bushing would be slightly twisted when set on the ground.  See no reason u
couldn't loosen and retorque them on the ground.
