If it contains ethanol it has to state it on the pump. At least that's the law here in Iowa and Nebraska. Now that doesn't prevent unscrupulous vendors in our area from adding ethanol without telling the buyer because with the state tax incentives they can buy ethanol cheaper than gas so they blend in a little to increase their profit margin. A few have been caught and prosecuted. The pumps in our area generally have 10% ethanol blend 89 octane, regular 87 octane, and premium 92 octane. A lot of this may change soon as the federal ethanol subsidies are going away, unless they get renewed, but that doesn't seem likely.
