I used a lead substitute additive for a while. The carb. started
giving me trouble that didn't make sense as it was fairly new. I
discovered there was a very fine black powder in the carb that was
restrciting some passage ways. . I cleaned the carb and put in a new
kit, stopped using the lead sbstitute and have'nt had any problem
since. What was that black powder from? the filter did not trap
it...................MO
