It depends on what you expect out of all the work. Less work for you to just redo what you have. At 81k the 361 may be fine as is, depending on how it was treated oil-change wise over the years. How's the compression? A fellow I know completely redid a 361 for a Mopar he owned; he made it into a stroker if I recall right.
