I think there are a couple threaded nuts at some parts if the trim, toward the ends. Are the clips you see the white plastic clips that push through? And do the clips need saving? The buyer of the trim would likely use new clips. If so, you could just cut off the part of the clip you see sticking thorough the inside of the fender.
