Both Desoto's were restored by the same person . I am not sure whose name they were sold in, because there was a money man involved. The name of the restorer is Bob Schmidtz . He was in Az. restoring cars for the man that had 57 Heaven amd moved to Branson , Mo. when 57 Heaven moved there. He did several cars at Branson . I met him at the 57 Heaven auction through a mutaul friend. Bob is one heck of a good guy, he gave me a pass to the auction, otherwise I couldn't have got in. After the auction, he gave us a tour of his small, but VERY clean and organized shop. I would dare anyone to come up with a legitimate flaw with his work. Absolutly stunning. That and the rarety is why that convertible brought that price, and don't forget the buyer had to pay big bucks in commissions above the auction price! I am curious as to what the buyer will do with it..........................MO
