Joey, you mention that the Cal springs have a solid spring eye ( I assume no
rubber bushing) but I think they send a solid bushing with the kit to
install in springs you already have. Someone please correct me if I am
wrong......................MO

Hi Steve,
Cal-tracs are great!, but I strongly suggest calling them direct
concerning spring choice before you buy anything, Calvert doesn't like SS
springs so he might make a good recommendation for you, Calverts own
springs are too harsh for the street because of the solid spring eye but
for pure racing they are cool. Good Luck with your choice, you will love
the bars.

I am about ready to get new leaf springs for my 64 Dodge 440 body.
Options are - SS springs or --stock springs or heavy duty springs
with Cal-tracs. My thought is SS give to firm a ride for 300+ mile
trips. How would the Cal- tracs ride with new stock springs or possibly
HD springs? It wiill likely see some drag strip action. Anyone have the
Cal -tracs and what do you think of them?..........................MO
