RE: Borge Warner T-10 to A833 Swap





Dennis, you shouldn't have to change the bellhousing.  I think that part of my answer was misleading.  The A833 wouldn't work with the T85 bellhousing, but it will work best I recall with your T10 bellhousing.  The Chrysler T10 for '63 was built to fit the same way as the upcoming A833, which was just not ready for production yet.  I'm pretty sure the face and bolt pattern are the same, and I think you may find the shifter will work also; since I didn't make quite the same swap you are planning, someone else on the list may know better.
