I made a simple angle fixture for my die grinder. I then ground the top face of the 318?Holley street dominator intake (bolt hole faces) to match the angle of my stock '65 2bbl intake so the bolts and washers would sit flush and square. A spot facer would have been the tool of choice, but I didn't have access to one. Then I simply used a drill as a reamer to elongate the bolt holes. Works great.
