George , you understand where I am coming from- I like to be a little
different- The complete engine cost me $125 with all accessories- and I
believe 413 were available in 1964 cop cars.  If I had this car in 1966 and
wanted more oomph-couldn't afford a 426 , I would have gotten a 413 out of a
highway patrol car--re-living my youth LOL.........................MO ......

I preferred a "period" engine over the 440 myself.I used a 72 motorhome
block and had it bored .060. It's a personal preference thing to some people
