When mounting an alternator from another brand, I think the trickiest 
part to get right is the long, curved, slotted bracket that the 
alternator swings out on.  I've had good luck by going to the junkyards 
and poking around under hoods.  If you find one with the right curve to 
it, you can always space it, or cut and weld it, to work on your engine. 
 I love to take advantage of modern electronics whenever I can, to 
improve my car.  Good luck!
