I've seen a few go on Ebay over the years, some for as much as a grand.  I 
seller in Philly sold one this past winter for around 800 bucks.
One of my saved searches of for my '65 361 and that's how I found it.  I 
watched the auction.  It was a single 4 I think.  It might have also not 
been a 15, might have been another model.  I don't remember and I didn't 
save the auction.
Those styles sure are good looking though.
