Yes that's the Email for him on the vendor's page. Bill S. reported he tried that and his email "wasn't delivered to tflitepatty@xxxxxxxxxxx because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail". Maybe there was a mail outage when he tried and should try again? I'll update the vendor's page when and if I find out more about contacting him.
