Autolite sparkplugs

I got a little suprise the other day visiting the Autolite spark plug site.
They have a listing for 1957 392 hemi's. Part of the listing states a
3/8" reach plug instead of the more familiar 3/4" reach plug I am used to.

SO I asked their tech support and sure enough the reply I got back
says their catalog shows this situation. Anyone familiar with a 392
with a 3/8" reach plug application???
