If he wants to spend money to ship....
The king brake shop that I always for all of my old cars is the following plae that has been around for over 50 years and has all of the old brake arcing machinery.  And they understand that a 1962 Chrysler has more than 4 wheel cylinders!

Hi Group, 

An acquaintance of mine is looking for a machine shop in the Las Vegas area that can turn 12" drums and arc the shoes to fit. 

He has a 1962 Chrysler Conv. - any suggestions? 

As I recall 0.080 is the max - at least in Calif.
