On my 300H, I was able to find a local shop who could turn the drums. No one here would arc the shoes though. The shop tha relined my shoes in Portland Oregon said if I gave them the drum dimensions after turning, they would arc the shoes and mark them, and that is what I did. The local shop turned the drums,  measured and marked the ID of each one for me. 
There is a USPS fixed price shipping box the shoes fit into pretty well as I recall.
