It might be worth a few calls to clutch, driveshaft, universal rebuilders in
your area.  A number of years back (about 10) I found the Dana/Spicer B & T
(and cover) for my 57C at a clutch shop in the Cinn., O area.  An email to
Dana/Spicer (maybe there are other manufacturers) might be helpful too.
