Try a hose running at low to medium pressure - that works even better than a wet rag. Rags tend to leave streaks and yellowing, whereas the running water (after you've brushed the Westleys) keeps things clean as a whistle. And it doesn't hurt the chrome or stainless on the wheelcovers.
