The Fury had stiffer torsion bars and rear springs for better handling. IIRC this was true for 300, Adventurer and Dodges with full D-500/-1 ('56) or D-501 ('57) package. (I say "full package" because not all D-500s got all the goodies.) This may (or may not) be the "export suspension" mentioned in the parts book, or possibly police/taxi pieces. ---- "Mark J.
