I must have been lucky. My letter was sent on April 7th. The reply letter from Chrysler was dated April 20th and I received it on the 26th. 2 1/2 weeks total. I don't know if this makes any difference or not, but the address floating around seems to point to Detroit, MI 48288-001. The address that I had from way way back was Highland Park, MI 48288-001. I also had a phone number for CHC, so I called it and it was a dead end. Then I called Chrysler Customer Assistance to try to weasel out a new phone number. They did not have one listed so I asked about the mailing address. They told me to use Highland Park. Maybe there is a delay if you use Detroit instead of Highland Park?? I would have your friend check the bank and see if the check cleared. I would also write to the address again and ask about the delay, find out if another check was sent and they process both, would they issue a credit. My ticket is now online. You can see it on the "My Photos" section of my Plymouth website (url below).
