IML: window gears

does anyone know where i can get new window gears for a 1963 le baron?
also has anyone completely dismantled their doors and restored them as best they could? seems like all my doors are trick doors/windows/handles/locks....im kinda gettin fed up especially when the passenger door flew open when i was making a U-turn and my girlfriend almost flew out on the street...
