They said new drums in front?  I don't know about the '63 but drums for my '61 are near impossible to find.  

They said the rear drums are stuck?  I think the '63 has similar drums as my '61 (not 100%).  If so, they realize they need the special drum puller to remover, right?

Seven hundred doesn't sound too out of line with all that they say they will do.  At least it doesn't sound bad to me....On the other hand, they may not know what they're doin'.
