Yesterday I looked at a '63 Imperial Crown four-door hardtop for sale in Nunica, MI (just outside Grand Haven). It's a Texas car with a really mediocre paint job and questionable body work, but it's presentable from a distance. The car has new tires and brakes and is drivable. It's equipped with power vents, dual A/C, headlight dimmer, "simulated spare" trunk lid, etc. The headliner is new, the seats have been reupholstered (incorrectly), but there's a tear in the driver's seat. The dash is in good shape. The owner has some additional trim that goes with the car.
I think the car is worth the $3,500 (flexible) asking price; it's not something I want right now, so I'm posting this for the group. The owner's phone is (616)-844-7267.
