TRANS/OIL PAN GASKET SOURCE

Dave,  I got gaskets from my local NAPA dealer. Ordered one day and they were 
there the next day. As far as the brake fluid goes, Unless you plan on totally 
repacing everything I would just flush out all the old fluid and replace it 
with the regular brake fluid.
