All Time Favorite?

Check the 1962 Plymouth and Dodge Dart/Polara. You can see the tumblehome
and tuckunder on those models. And if you see the original versions,
before the downsizing, you can also see the curved side windows. Also, the
C pillar flowed smoothly from the roof into the side panels with no
beltline, similar to the fuselage models.

The fuselage 2-door hardtop roofline was used by the Fury, Polara, Monaco,
Chrysler and Imperial. Which gives is that pimple on a shoe box look on the
Imperial. It is a very balanced style on the Fury. By the way, the 2-door
hardtop was designed with the old club coupes in mind. Thus the smaller
greenhouse area. The Fury formal hardtops used the 4-door hardtop roofline
and thus had a longer greenhouse. Always wondered what an Imperial 2-door
hardtop would look like if they used the 4-door hardtop roofline.
