Kenyon,
Chances are good that this is a bad motor mount. Fix
this one soon, or you'll have other problems to go
along with it (for instance, the motor can flex enough
for the fan to hit the fan shroud!).
The mounts used to be cheap and plentiful, but then
again so did the idler arms.
Also be careful with who replaces the mounts. The
last time I paid someone else to do this, the guy
broke the dipstick tube (kind of appropriate for my
opinion of most people who do car repair (I hesistate
to use the term "mechanics")).
