Yes;

 There are some Imperials in Cuba but they would all be from 1959 or earlier.  Remember that there used to be a lot of money down there before Castro took over, mafia or otherwise. With regard to Chryslers I once saw a P.B.S show where this girl was visiting Cuba and not only did they have them on the road but they showed some being drag raced. Besides how many old Ford engines would last as long as an early Chrysler Hemi. I figure that they would be like anyone else playing with old cars, if they can't find a part then they will make them. Labor is pretty cheap in a country like that.
