They have more colors then just black. If I remeber right, they sell a flat black, semi-gloss black, gloss black, silver (which is more then just paint- see below), red, blue, etc. Their silver is the best (and I mean BEST) for bad rust damage as it has little metal fillings in with the paint, so not only is it scratch resistant, but also helps fill in rust damage. One of the other nice car lists out there (EEK), which deals in FWD Mopars of the 80's-90's era (includes 90's Imperials...) has a few people on the list who were using the differnt colors to make their underbodies look detailed and more "aftermarket". Since my car is rust free right now, I'm not willing to spend the $$ for POR, but if/when it needs it, I plan on making the frame and suspension blue, gloss black underbody, and with red trim/detailing for the entire underbody and engine bay area. But one thing to keep in mind is that the damage POR products are designed to fix are the truely damaged parts shown in their ads. A part with just a few specs of rust would not be as good of a POR repair target, comparied to, say their rusty metal battery tray that they advertise which was covered with surface rust. Personally, I'm more interested in a preventive measure then a clean up measure like POR, as I don't have any rust which I can locate presently. Right now I'm toying with the idea of rubber undercoating, with possibly plastic "covers" for metal parts. I figure a plastic sheet of pre-formed, thick cover over a metal area would prevent rust by keeping water, salt, and dings from incountering the metal... or something along those lines. --- Elijah Scott <imperial1971@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: > --- Dennis McDonough <DMcDonough@xxxxxxxx> wrote: > > Restomotive's other products.
