Marc, did both go out? It sounds unlikely that both bulbs went out in the same
time!
Anyway, the bulb seems a very unusual unit that seems to be connected to a
section of wire. It is probably interchangeable with other Chryslser products,
but I doubt you can get it in the local part store.
