Hello all;
This is a neat enough car but what a lot of work!
Photos are usually gratifying but it still looks terrible, especially on the
inside. Bidding starts at $1600 bucks and no title, no carburettor, no hubcaps,
an unknown quantity of rust in the trunk, interior is completely shot,
and the drivetrain is unknown condition. I think that this car is worth fixing
up but it has at least a few strikes against it for the price. It
is interesting that they used the earlier style door panels and switches but
used the newer dash with the older body, I wonder if the windows are
hydraulically or electrically operated. I don't believe that the archives have a
picture of a 54' limo, perhaps someone should collect the images available
before they disappear.
