If you look in the IML archives, you'll see a very complete discussion about how to seal a leaking tank with aircraft type sloshing sealer. I just did this two weeks ago on my (caution, everyone, a non - Imperial) dozer. If the holes are less than 1/16 inch or so, it will work like a charm. The info is probably also in the repair section, under fuel tanks - I know it's there, because I wrote it, but I can never find this stuff myself! I'm interested in your derogatory remark about POR-15, though. Why do you call it "infamous"? I've heard it is excellent at coating rusted surfaced prior to paint, and have seen outstanding examples of it in practice.
