Imperial Sighting on I-24 East Bound

While traveling west on I-24 April 2nd, noticed what appeared to be a 1968 Imperial convertible heading east with the top down, this was just west of Manchester, Tennessee. This Imp appeared to be Forest Green in color. Does this car belong to am IML Member?
