Hi,
Having a collection of 1966 Imperials that includes every model, it makes
me proud to see an article in a major car magazine like the one in the
April issue of Auto Restorer. The article calls the car a "Crown
Imperial" but that is a mistake because Crown Imperials were not produced
in 1966 and they were Limousines at that. This four door sedan should be
called and "Imperial Crown", however with this one glaring inaccuracy,
the article is factual. It really makes a fellow feel good when some what
obscure cars like Imperials are written up in magazines that usually cater
to Ford and Chevy owners........
